I have been drinking EAS drinks every since I lived in Bellevue, WA and worked at a Health Clinic. They are low in carbs and high in protein, which is great for a semi-vegetarian like myself. They really do taste good and always fill me up. I actually don't really have a favorite flavor between chocolate, strawberry, or vanilla flavors. It just depends on how I'm feeling. They are the cheapest at Target selling for $4.99 a 4/pack. $2-3 cheaper then most places. Target also has an online coupon that I think you can print twice on their website.
I drink one every morning for breakfast, and love how quick and easy they are.
